pediatric therapy clinic located in Frisco, dedicated to providing
high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients. Our team
specializes in supporting children with a wide range of
developmental and therapeutic needs. In addition to our clinic
services, we collaborate with various healthcare facilities to
provide skilled therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental
treatment for both pediatric and adult populations. We are
currently seeking passionate and qualified therapists to join our
growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our
patients. Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join full-time in Aubrey,
TX, serving a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) facility. In
this role, you’ll support individuals with special needs in
developing the skills they need for greater independence and
confidence in daily life. From fine motor development and sensory
integration to self-care and functional skills, you’ll create
meaningful, goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to each
individual. This position is ideal for an OT who values connection,
creativity, collaboration, and making a real difference in the
community. You’ll work closely with families, caregivers, and an
interdisciplinary team to create a supportive environment that
promotes growth, dignity, and success. What You’ll Do Conduct
comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on functional goals
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Address fine motor
skills, sensory processing, ADLs, coordination, and functional
independence Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, speech
therapists, and facility staff Educate patients and caregivers on
home programs and carryover strategies Monitor progress and adjust
treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines What
We’re Looking For Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational
Therapy from an accredited program Active Texas Occupational
Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong understanding of
functional, sensory, and developmental rehabilitation Experience in
skilled nursing, hospital, community-based, or facility settings is
a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt
in community-based healthcare environments A genuine passion for
