Job Description:

with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel to
deliver critical care during operations. Our commitment to

operating rooms for surgery including sterilizing equipment,
stocking necessary supplies, and setting up instruments. Assist
surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile
supplies. Monitor and assess patient status throughout surgical
procedures and report any changes to the attending surgeon or
anesthesiologist. Implement nursing care plans and effectively
communicate with all surgical team members. Maintain a sterile
environment to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
promote patient safety. Document patient care services by charting
in patient and department records. Operational knowledge of
hospital equipment and instruments. Strong ability to work
cooperatively in a high-pressure team environment. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in applying
sterile techniques and infection control protocols. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification desired.
