LLC to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701! We are
seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical for
a travel contract assignment in Texas. The ideal candidate will
provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting while
working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to adult
medical-surgical patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
individualized patient care plans Administer medications and
treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient progress and
respond appropriately to changes in condition Maintain accurate and
timely documentation using Epic EMR Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare team members Maintain patient safety and infection
control standards Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as
