Your role is pivotal in supporting the health and recovery of patients across various units, utilizing your advanced nursing skills to offer comfort and critical healthcare services. Provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Assess patient health problems and needs while developing nursing care plans. Administer medications, monitor and record health progress, and maintain accurate patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimum care. Respond quickly and efficiently to patient emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and decision-making skills. Participate in professional development and training to remain competent in nursing practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
