Position Details : Location : Near Desoto, TX. Schedule : 24-hour call coverage for 7 days/month. Current open dates include: December 4th (7 AM) December 8th (7 AM). December 16th (7 AM) December 22nd (7 AM). December 30th (7 AM) January 1st (7 AM). Patient Volume : Average of 5 patients daily. Responsibilities : Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for emergency and inpatient gastroenterology needs. Perform endoscopic procedures, with ERCP and EUS preferred but not mandatory. Collaborate with endoscopy techs, registered nurses, and other support staff to deliver high-quality care. Practice Details : EMR System : MediTech. Facility Size : 208 beds. Support Team : Experienced endoscopy techs and registered nurses. Compensation : Competitive daily rates ranging per shift. Requirements : Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology. Strong procedural skills, with ERCP and EUS preferred. Active and unrestricted medical license. Ability to secure temporary privileges if needed. Additional Information : Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates.
