Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a
8-week contract in Lufkin, Texas — earn up to ($1409 - $1483 per
week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most
candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience

high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
programs. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health
status regularly. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
at all times. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and
implement care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient
records and documentation. Evaluate and adjust care plans based on
patient progress and needs. Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare professionals. Educate families on
neonatal care and health management. Engage in performance
measurement and improvement initiatives. Utilize data and metrics
to track patient outcomes and success. Support a positive team
environment and contribute to team goals. Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas with NICU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Proven
track record in providing high-quality neonatal care. Experience in
monitoring and assessing vital signs of neonatal patients.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and family
interaction. Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare
team. Ability to evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient
needs. Experience in maintaining detailed patient records and
documentation. Familiarity with performance measurement and
