Join a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team in the
Tyler, Texas area, where CRNAs play an essential role in providing
high-quality care. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity at a
Level 2 Trauma Center, offering a diverse case mix, flexible
scheduling, and no-call requirements. Why This Opportunity? Diverse
Case Exposure: Trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery,
vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics,
eyes, EP, and GI. Optional OB cases for those proficient in
epidural and spinal anesthesia. No hearts or transplants. Flexible
Scheduling: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available, with additional
16- and 24-hour shifts after onboarding. No Call Requirement: Enjoy
a great work-life balance. Opportunities for Premium Pay: Earn
extra during weekdays and weekends. Compensation & Benefits Package
Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay $225,000-$250,000 base salary Overtime
Pay: For hours worked over 40 per week. Shift Differentials:
Evening, night, and weekend differentials can be stacked for
additional earnings. Holidays paid at 1.5x pay rate. Sign-On Bonus
Up to $75,000. Comprehensive Benefits Package 403(b) Retirement
Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO): 180 hours on Day 1
for the first year; 240 hours annually starting on your 1st work
anniversary. 40 Additional CME Hours $2,500 CME Allowance.
