Job Description:

Intermediate Care Unit, you will be integral to our mission of
enhancing and saving lives through expert care and unparalleled
compassion. This position requires overnight shifts, where you will
provide critical care to patients who are in stable condition but
still require close monitoring. Our state-of-the-art facilities and
supportive work environment ensure that you have the tools and team
needed to deliver outstanding patient care. Monitor and record
patients' vital signs and initiate corrective action whenever
necessary. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications as prescribed and
supervise patients' reactions. Assist physicians during treatments
and examinations. Educate patients and their families on illness
prevention and lifestyle adjustments. Implement patient care plans
and participate in the review and revision of these plans. Maintain
a high level of expertise in operating medical equipment and
performing technical medical procedures. Proficient in using
medical software for patient care management. Strong ability to
perform under stress in a fast-paced environment. Excellent
interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and a
multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Critical thinking skills and
adept in making quick, accurate decisions. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
