Job Description:

Intermediate Care during the night shift. This position encompasses
the responsibility of providing vital nursing care to patients with
varying levels of illness, requiring a keen ability to monitor
critical vitals and respond to patient needs efficiently. Our

growth and collaboration. As an integral part of our team, you will
work primarily at night, focusing on delivering exceptional care by
monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and
collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize
patient outcomes. Assess patient conditions and administer
appropriate clinical interventions. Monitor vital signs and perform
diagnostic tests to interpret the critical data needed for medical
decision-making. Administer medications following physician orders
and monitor reactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
plan, manage, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Adhere to
hospital policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing best
practices. Proficient in using medical software for patient
documentation. Ability to operate and monitor medical equipment.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with
patients, families, and healthcare staff. Capable of critical
thinking and swift problem-solving under pressure. Medical

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas. BLS
certified by the American Heart Association. ACLS certification is
preferred.
