Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant based in Dallas, Texas. The Physician Assistant will assess and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to manage chronic pain conditions. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, prescribing medications, performing procedural interventions, educating patients about their care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position requires active communication with healthcare professionals and a compassionate attitude in patient interactions. Qualifications Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning Proficiency in performing procedural interventions and prescribing treatments related to chronic pain management Effective communication, patient education, and counseling abilities Familiarity with medical record documentation and clinic operations Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and demonstrate empathy and professionalism Experience in pain management or related medical fields is a plus Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and certification by the NCCPA
