charting system (Epic) required Description: This position is for a
Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The shift schedule
consists of three 12-hour night shifts. The patient-to-nurse ratio
is 1:2. The unit consists of 10 rooms. A minimum of 2 years of
experience is preferred. Travel nursing experience is required.
Candidates must have experience with the Epic charting system.
Certifications required include ACLS and BLS, with NIHSS and TNCC
preferred. Nurses will be responsible for managing a variety of
critical care tasks and procedures. Skills needed include arterial
line management, blood product administration, and care of
ventilated patients. The daily census averages 8 patients with a
diverse range of diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support includes
various healthcare professionals to assist in patient care.
Candidates should be prepared for potential weekend coverage.
Compliance with travel rules is necessary. Please ensure
familiarity with infection prevention protocols and management of
