Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN House Supervisor for a local contract nursing job in Dallas, Texas. House Supervisor ~ Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Local Contract House Supervisor Hospital wide SHIFT/SCHEDULE: nights including weekends, 7:00 p.m.-three shifts a week Plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks in nursing service administration. Create policies and procedures to achieve department prioritise . You will manage and oversee daily business and administrative operations with an emphasis on providing patient-centered care. You are expected to apply Lean methods to enhance practice and patient care. You'll help plan the staffing budget, as well as the equipment and expense budget for the year. You must update staff on patients, especially those in critical condition. You will build good relationships with department staff, patients' families, doctors, and external groups. This helps with communication, problem-solving, and improving patient care quality. Prepare reports, maintain records and files, and manage equipment and inventory. Also, maintain a database for generating reports when needed.
