Job Description:
Full-time Outpatient Clinician position in Worcester, MA, based
at the Main Street Outpatient Treatment Program. Requires working
both in-office and at skilled nursing facilities within Worcester,
with travel and own transportation necessary. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to
$77,000 annually, with benefits including 401k with company
contribution, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off,
tuition reimbursement, and discounts on services and
entertainment.
Provide individual clinical services and case management for
clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnoses.
Lead group treatment sessions using established curriculum and
protocols.
Refer clients to community services as needed.
Maintain current clinical skills, licensure, and attend required
meetings and trainings.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in human services; LICSW
or LMHC preferred.
