Rang Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Dallas, Texas.
Discipline: RN
- Shift: 12 hours, nights

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. -
Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. -
Help patients and prevent issues. -
Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.

2 years of RN experience -
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
RN license.
