Job Description:

Comfort Dental Richardson is looking for a front desk receptionist/insurance specialist to join our team! You will greet and check-in patients as they arrive for appointments at our clinic. You will also be answering phones to schedule and assist patients as they need it. You will also be collecting payments at check-in and/or check-out. You will also contact insurances to verity dental benefits for our patients. -The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. - -Responsibilities: -

Patient services - Welcome patients who arrive at the office and check them in. Answer all phone calls, schedule patients, and provide other help to patients as needed. - -Check patients out after appointments and collect payments. Insurance specialist -- Contacting insurance companies, either on the web or by phone, to update and verify benefits. - -Requirements:
