  The position requires role model leadership skills and extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and materials management. The successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Multi-site manufacturing leader responsible for the operations performance of 5 factories
  • Drive the integration of intercompany operations to maximize output
  • Lead safety focused and compliant culture
  • Ensure world class quality and sustained continuous improvement
  • Achieve aggressive past due and inventory reduction
  • Personal accountability to key product launches and capacity to enable growth
  • Orchestrate rapid capacity expansion and reposition products with cross functional team
  • Champion continuous improvement projects and lean deployment/maturity--YOU MUST HAVE
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing or Business management
      
    • 7+ years combined of Supply Chain, Operations, Business management or Manufacturing Engineering experience
      
    • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification
      
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.--
      
    • Experience with project management and Kaizen facilitation.--
      
    • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership.--
      
    • Proven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret business performance and financial data, define actions, and implement solutions.--
