Description :Responsibilities:
- Work with the CFO in the analysis of organizational financial
issues, including reimbursement and pro-forma analyses
- Assist the CFO in ensuring MMG meets necessary financial
regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work with all levels of leadership including the CFO and
Director, Finance in managing the budget process.
- Oversee the creation, management, and analysis of budgets,
financial forecasts, and performance metrics to support effective
decision-making.
- Provide financial expertise in the planning of new services
that generate additional sources of profitable revenue.
- Analyze and interpret data and develop reports for executive
management reflecting internal economic conditions and trends.
- Suggest improvements in operations throughout the organization
by seeking data that will identify opportunities and takes action
to eliminate non value-added costs.
- Prepare, review and publish the monthly and annual financial
statements. Analyze and prepare report on budget variances.
- Assist with analysis and preparation of projections, updated
P&L's, ROI's, budget, and growth plans as needed
- Gathers, analyzes and reports essential regional operating
financial information as requested by various stakeholders
including the C-Suite, Accounting and Finance Team and Operations
Directors.
- Conduct financial analysis and cost evaluations to identify
opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and
revenue enhancement.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial
leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations,
revenue cycle management, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,
with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives and
adapt to changing industry landscapes.Methodist Medical Group is
