    KIDS Early Learning Centers is a well-established childcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. With multiple locations in the DFW area, we are committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.Position Overview:
    As a Regional Director at KIDS Early Learning Centers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and excellence of our four centers located in Midlothian, Arlington, Fort Worth, and Richardson. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations, curriculum implementation, staff development, and overall performance of these centers. You will work Monday -Friday between the hours of 7AM-5PM. Occasional weekend trainings as required to meet annual required training hours along with team building opportunities with our staff. You will visit each location on a weekly basis and inform the CEO of your schedule ahead of time.Job Summary
    The purpose of the Regional Director is to ensure the quality and standards of KIDS Early Learning Centers
    is being upheld. To strengthen the overall culture, program and reputation for the staff,
    families, children and local community. To be a role model of our core values, standards, and
    expectations.The Regional Director of Operations will report directly to the Founder/CEO of the company.Responsibilities
    To be responsible for the welfare, health and safety of the children in the group. To offer a program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individual and the group. Treat each child with dignity and respect but with open affection. Prepare a warm, safe and affectionate environment that is orderly, clean and appealing and permits the child to grow and to explore.
    Supervise the Directors, Assistant Directors, and/or Lead Administration.
    Supervise the program on an ongoing basis. Observe and evaluate programs, act as a resource person for the site administration. Assist with formal meetings as needed.
    Provide site administration with the recruitment and enrollment process support to ensure enrollment is maintained at 95% at all sites. Assist with marketing and advertisements as needed.
    Provide ongoing support and guidance to site administration to maintain staff, training/professional development, and the recruitment/hiring process. Recommend termination to VP of Operation as needed. Monitor staffing needs and maintain staffing cost at 48% or less.
    Perform monthly State and Quality Rating visits to ensure all sites are compliant and meeting the standards. This should include but is not limited to, staff and child files, and center records, reports and documents are organized and kept up to date.
    Assist with application and ongoing paperwork process as needed.
    Confer with a parent or teacher who expresses a complaint or concern verbally or in writing and report all important information to the CEO as necessary.
    Monitor communication between site administration, parents and staff.

    Prepare and hold monthly administration meetings. Conduct weekly meetings with site Director.
    Conduct monthly site administration meetings.
    Attend monthly financial manager meetings.
    Attend site staff meetings as needed.
    In the absence of a Site Director, assume the responsibilities of the Director as outlined
    by CEO.
    Stay current on necessary personnel file items, trainings, and certifications and be sure to
    understand program procedures regarding these areas. Be competent in First Aid/CPR,
    Water Safety and Fire Safety procedures and regulations.
    Be knowledgeable and assist with training for programs systems including but not limited
    to Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Procare, Teaching Strategies,
    CRM, Quick books, Intellikids, Emails, and Google Drive.
    Be knowledgeable and implement the indoor and outdoor health and safety regulations of
    the Department of Human Services and quality assurance programs.
    Travel 4 times per year for Conferences and Meetings as needed. This includes weekends.Mandatory Qualifications
    The Regional Director shall have attained one of the following qualification levels
    A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in ECE, child development,
    special education, elementary education or the human services field.
    A Master's degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in
    the above categories and 1 years of experience with children.
    A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in ECE, child development,
    special education, elementary education or the human services field.
    A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university including 30 credit hours in
    the above categories and 1 years of experience with children.
    Other Requirements:
    Knowledgeable of child physical, emotional and developmental patterns
    Sensitivity to the individual and group needs of children. A joyful approach to the child.
    Evidence of emotional maturity and stability.
    Sufficient maturity and good judgment to function in a crisis situation.
    Ability to create an atmosphere of positive and appropriate discipline.
    Sensitive to the individual needs of parents.
    Ability to communicate with parents effectively.
    Logical decision-making ability
    Physical abilities required include the ability to hear the conversational voice, with or
    without hearing aid, the ability to see and read newsprint with or without corrective
    lenses, to speak and be understood under normal circumstances, to lift and carry children
    and other items weighing up to 50 pounds, and to use arms, hands, legs and feet with or
    without corrective device to accomplish the job, including evacuation of the building
    during emergencies.
    Annual Training Requirements
    The Regional Director is required to meet the development standards set by quality assurance
    programs in which KIDS Early Learning Centers is enrolled with.Benefits/Perks
