Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Program Manager, Integrated Sales & Marketing REPORTS
TO: Director, Integrated Sales & Marketing GENERAL SUMMARY:The
Program Manager, Integrated Sales & Marketing, is primarily
responsible for managing and aligning enterprise level programs and
product development projects with business objectives, constructing
detailed work plans, managing project teams, achieving milestones,
and communicating the results to stakeholders. Major areas of
responsibility include the following:
- Drive projects through all stages, concept to launch
- Develop deep understanding of the strategy associated with
programs being implemented, including how they will help AdvoCare
achieve its overall objectives
- Create and manage project timelines
- Create and manage product development timelines, which may
include, but not limited to:
- Repackaging
- Reformulated or product renovation
- New product development
- Merchandising
- Effectively communicate project expectations to
stakeholders
- Help define and drive project tasks
- Manage meetings, agenda within meetings, and define next
steps
- Collaborate consistently and build rapport with
cross-functional departments and team members (i.e., Sales &
Marketing, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory,
Finance, International)
- Stakeholder Alignment- Ensure business owner and all
stakeholders are aligned via status reporting and serve as the
centralized SME for all program/project questions
- Document and train employees on new processes/process
updates
- Capitalize on opportunities to work on and lead special
projects
- Analyze and report on project performance
- Project completion post mortems OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive projects through all stages, concept to launch, by
collaborating with team members within the Integrated Sales &
Marketing Team and internally, as well as
externally/cross-functionally:
- Internal partners:
- Research & Development
- Marketing
- Sales/Sales Operations
- External partners:
- Supply Chain
- Warehousing/Logistics
- Regulatory Affairs
- Legal
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Finance
- Information Technology
- External vendors (i.e., tech, merchandising, packaging,
manufacturing, etc.)
- Ensure project objectives are mapped to overall corporate
goals
- Develop/document/track projects
- Develop/document and train approved processes and
procedures
- Lead and represent Integrated Sales & Marketing during project
meetings and communicate action items and decisions to
stakeholders.
- Provide project owners data-driven recommendations EXPERIENCE
AND SKILLS:
- 5+ years as Project Management in Marketing or Operations, in a
Retail, Direct Sales or Network Marketing channel required.
- PMP certification required
- Tableau experience recommended
- Health & Wellness, nutrition or dietary supplements industry
experience required.
- Strong project management skills
- Inter-departmental cooperation experience for enterprise-level
process development, Internal training experience or SOP creation
and dissemination
- Strong leadership and professionalism for holding team members
accountable to new processes and standards
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadline
pressure
- Digital marketing experience a major plus.
- Omni-channel experience a major plus.
- International experience a major plus. EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
