Description:The Business Systems Analyst MM role helps the team
build and implement leading-edge supply chain solutions using SAP
platform and other applications as required. This role will play a
central role in the design, development, and implementation of
supply chain execution solutions. This position will be responsible
for the day to day support of the SAP production system and be
called upon to participate in projects.Key Position
Responsibilities:With minimal supervision, provide support to end
users in SAP MM module related processes in primarily in the areas
of Procurement; Materials Management including enterprise structure
configuration; SAP Approval workflow. Serve as an internal
consultant and assist business users in defining requirements
relative to process and system needs. Manage relationships and
communications between business users and IT. Provide expertise and
guidance to project team members to deliver high quality solutions
and ensure compliance with development standards. Plan new
configuration and change to existing configuration in support of
user requirements and company goals. Lead documentation efforts by
preparing detailed business requirements documents, user
documentation including business process flow, training, testing,
and Technical ABAP specification documents. Coordinate testing of
system enhancements, features, and new functionality utilizing
rigorous integration and regression methodology. Provide support to
end-users for various business systems and applications within the
SAP environment. Manage transport to production system process in
compliance with audit controls. Conduct troubleshooting activities
in a complex environment to isolate and correct issues and
challenges users may encounter. Proactively identify and propose
business processes and/or system enhancements. Assist with SAP and
other systems implementation and rollouts during the following
stages: project preparation, business blueprint, realization,
cutover and go-live support. Actively support a commitment to
quality with an emphasis on continual improvement.Education and
Experience Bachelor's Degree 2 - 5 years SAP business usage
experience OR 2 years SAP Business Analyst experienceSkills and
Qualifications Ability to work within an experienced team of SAP
analysts with minimal supervision Process knowledge or experience
in procurement and material and inventory management. Ability to
manage user expectations and provide routine feedback on the status
of project requests. Comfortable working with business
representatives to understand their needs & provide comprehensive
solutions Experience working in a global company preferred Able to
understand programming language for the purposes of high-level
program specification & basic debugging during testing, ABAP
familiarity a plus Ability to drive designs that balance business
efficiency, systems performance, security, and compliance Excellent
