Job Description:
Seeking a Call Center Operations Leader with solid experience
managing all levels of multiple business programs, including
planning, budgeting, development, and administration. This is an
on-site opportunity! Required Skills: Operations Management, Large
Team Management, Human Capital Development, Project Management,
Productivity Management, Quality Assurance Managment and more.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead a team to successfully deliver high quality,
customer-focused, cost effective, and efficient service.
- Find new ways to increase revenue opportunities.
- Identify, track and report on necessary Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), metrics and reports.
- Drive results by implementing appropriate performance
expectations / management through effective coaching and
mentoring.
- Stays abreast of new product information and system changes and
lead effective implementation of new technologies and the
utilization of existing systems and provide management information
reports as required.
- Responsible for development and administration of annual
department budget
- Continually look for improvements in workflows, processes, and
data.
- Monitors operations to ensure compliance with regulatory agency
guidelines and standards. Skills and Abilities:
- Proven skills to improve call performance, increase use of
resources and adaptation of new technologies to increase efficiency
and achievement of metrics.
- Strong call center leadership management and call center
operations experience leading people, processes, training, and
quality areas for improvement.
- Passion for employee development and developing teams and
leaders.
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff,
coaching, performance management daily operations supervision,
discipline and counseling.
- Skill in managing strategic plans and tactical frameworks, with
the ability to map out timelines and key deliverables for
cross-functional teams and execute against those timelines.
- Must be a strong example of leadership in work ethic,
