By applying best practices in the areas of service management, strategy, portfolio planning, and governance, to maximize the impact of portfolio investments on enterprise objectives; using standard and specialized frameworks to assist leaders in strategic planning efforts.
Responsible for identifying automation opportunities and AIOps integrations to improve reliability and stability across the technology footprint. Lead the operating model and integration of service partners to enhance the delivery model.
Work closely with the ITIL functions and process leads to implement best practice process design and integration touch points.
In this role the, the candidate will have deep experience with incident, problem, change, capacity, event, ITAM, and CMDB. Proven track record of integrating these functions and optimizing to provide a best-in-class Service Management experience.ResponsibilitiesRequired Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree and 7 years portfolio, SDLC program or project management experience; OR 10 years of portfolio, SDLC program or project management experience.
*5 years management and/or leadership experience.
*Ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate organizational complexity and cross functional priorities
*Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and collaboration.*Deep Knowledge of the ServcieNow platform*Experience with APM tooling and Dynatrace
*Strategic vision and thought leadership.
*Time management / prioritization.
*Written and oral communications.
*Understanding of all forms of demand in an enterprise Transformational, Run, Sustain etc.
*Customer relationship management.
*Portfolio management, resource management, and estimation techniques.
*Business acumen and Business case development.
*Application domain knowledge, and knowledge of required technologies (including third party solutions).
*Ability to translate complex processes and concepts into simple frameworks
*Experience developing executive and board-level presentations

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance.
*MBA preferred.
*Understanding of future technologies.
*Management Consulting experience effecting change for large organizations
*Experience with Clarity.
