Project Support Manager

CommScope is recruiting a Project Support Manager to join our
growing team! This is a hybrid role and candidates will be based
within a commutable distance to our Richardson, TX location.
How You'll Make An Impact:
The Project Support Manager will lead project support within the
ICN business unit (BU) for the NAR and CALA regions with a strong
customer and revenue focus, considering operational objectives.
- Lead project support activities by partnering with sales,
corporate demand planning, finance, customer service, distribution
center (DC) planning, and operations leaders
- Create and publish periodic reports in business objects (BO)
pertaining to backlog, forecast, revenue, order entry and
operations relevant to current business requirements
- Drive the NAR prioritization process through BO and SAP
- Contribute towards input for monthly sales and operations
planning process in collaboration with Global Project Support
Manager, PLM, and sales
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain
standardized operating procedures.
- Manage safety stock levels (SSL) by working closely with
corporate demand planning, sales, and product line management
- Coach, mentor and oversee the performance of direct
reportsRequired Qualifications For Consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of project management or related experience
- Experience working in forecasting and planning
- Experience using the following Excel functions: V lookups,
Pivot tables, charts, creating reports
- SAP experience
- 2+ years of people management experience We want to enable our
