Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end consumer product development, maintenance, and processes to streamline consumer banking product offeringsIdentifying process enhancements and implementing appropriate control pointsLeading consumer remediation efforts as necessary with various stakeholders including technology, compliance, and audit functionsDeveloping and reviewing reports to present to stakeholders and management in an agile environmentManaging Consumer Operations Analyst and supporting direct report's responsibilitiesPerforms other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
College degree preferred but commensurate work experience will be consideredMust have at least 7 years operational banking experience with a focus on consumer bankingAbility to be well organized, team-player, motivated and flexible with working hours High proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OutlookOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and be detail orientedDemonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environmentStrong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively and build relationships both internally and externallyPossesses excellent decision quality and is able to make independent decisionsProven ability to lead people and get positive results through others, requiring in-depth experience of collaborating between staff and members for best resultsMust be flexible and adjust to schedule and adapt to changing business priorities
