In addition, the leader will collaborate with other implementation leaders to align for continuous improvement of the customer journey in the onboarding process, partnering with the sales, product, operations, and account management organization to ensure alignment of the implementations teams approach with the larger organization. #LI-TP1 #LI-RemoteThe Vice President of Implementation Services will drive change on the implementation team by streamlining processes, reducing redundant workflows, and improving the customer experience. You will accomplish this by identifying opportunities for employee development, engagement and performance optimization, process improvement, automation and cost saving efforts which will include identifying and implementing industry best practices, promoting an adherence to internal controls and policies, streamlining processes for improved efficiencies with a consistent and strong focus on improving the employee and customers experience.Leadership / Project Management Skills:

  • Has effectively managed large implementation teams of 100 200 employees, successfully delivering on-time projects, meeting client deadlines and consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Has demonstrated the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in an extremely fast-paced environmentAnalytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities:
    • Implement continuous improvements that increase customer satisfaction, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, profitability and overall operating efficiencies
    • Minimize operating costs
    • Set and manage budgets to meet or exceed annual operating goalsExceptional Interpersonal / Group Process Skills:
      • Is an effective communicator, both verbal and written
      • Is effective in building understanding, collaboration and support among team members
      • Solid presentation skills
      • Highly organized and self-disciplined
      • Is open-minded and able to see different points of view
      • Is able to resolve conflict quickly and effectively
      • Highly energetic and is able to generate energy and enthusiasm within the teamDemonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
        • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
        • Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience
        • Experience managing 100+ person teams across multiple regions
        • Proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment through implementation of and expertise with the latest lean management methods
        • Experience with consulting, training, and/or implementing Business to Business SaaS products strongly preferred
        • Need a strategic leader who is also a doer. Needs to assist the team and be hands on/tactical
        • Career progression in service operations with practical experience in international settings
        • Targets breakthrough performance, not simply incremental gains
