Job Description Client Engagement ManagerArmor is seeking a
talented and highly-motivated individual to serve as our Client
Engagement Manager. The CEM is responsible for managing all aspects
of high value current Armor customers. This position will partner
with all internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience,
Support, Product, Systems, Billing and PMO. The CEM will have an
expectation of presenting new product roll out, account growth,
retention and contractual negotiations. Client Engagement Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be
assigned as required)
- Manage complex customer situations, coordinating the actions of
Armor resources to ensure the customer and internal stakeholders
have the information required to make decisions and to act in order
to resolve customer issues quickly
- Become a trusted advisor to educate customers on how to best
leverage their investment
- Ensure ongoing product awareness and roadmap education
- Provide and arrange ongoing product and solution training
- Achieve and exceed annual quota targets for account
growth/retention.
- Identify new workloads/up sell opportunities and provide
proposals as appropriate.
- Facilitate all negation efforts with customers surrounding
contracts agreements.
- Engage in regular cadence communications with customers to
coordinate current and upcoming projects.
- Participate in periodic executive business reviews to reinforce
Armor value with customer contacts including Executive
Management.
- Pro-actively identify "at-risk" customers and develop strategy
with internal teams, management and Executive Leadership Team to
ensure customer retention.
- Provide customer presentations when necessary to convey the
value of Armor to contacts new to an account, new product roll
outs, cost and ROI discussions.
- Travel up to 15% to engage directly with customers. Required
Skills:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proven track record at managing Enterprise customer
relationships
- Ability to interact with C Level executives and drive business
discussions
- Ability to effectively negotiate within challenging sales
engagements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and be
self-motivated
- Exceptional knowledge of cloud computing, cloud service
providers and cloud security (especially SIEM tools).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Power BI, Jira Education
And/Or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred) or equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
within IT security, services, solutions or SaaS companyEqual
