AppD Area Director

As an Area Director, you'll have ownership of the South Region AppD
quota and growth targets. You will need to be a world-class coach
and mentor, able to build and develop a team of top enterprise

Your Path to Success:
- You will evangelize our scientific, leading indicator and
metric-driven sales methodology, and drive adoption and expertise
within your team to guarantee over-achievement against targets and
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategy across a
complex matrixed sales organization.
- Expertise in the recruitment, hiring and retention of top sales
- You excel at working closely and building relationships with
C-Level executives, Partners and customers
Who You Are:
- 8-10 +years of selling Enterprise Software to the Fortune 500
- 7+ years of managerial experience with proven track record of
growing, developing and leading software enterprise sales teams
that smash quota, quarter by quarter.

- You have significant experience with MEDDIC as a leading
indicator driven sales processes (highly preferred).
- You demonstrate a true "value based" sales approach and have
experience explaining complex ROI models to C level customers.
