at the location detailed in the job post. Eaton’s GEIS division is
currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor. Relocation
assistance will be provided to candidates residing outside a
50-mile radius of Sherman, TX! The expected annual salary range for
this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary

well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: This
position is responsible for supervising and leading the Sherman
plant manufacturing engineering team, including oversight of daily
engineering activities, resource planning, and continuous
improvement initiatives. As a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor,
you will lead and manage capital and non-capital projects related
to improving plant safety, quality, and productivity; provide
technical directions to engineers and technicians; coach and
develop team members; and support training of plant personnel
regarding equipment and processes. Responsibilities include but are
not limited to: • Supervise, coach, and develop the manufacturing
engineering team, ensuring alignment with plant goals and
performance metrics. • Lead initiatives to improve EHS culture and
reduce plant safety risks; oversee ownership of MESH element
responsibilities across the team. • Direct continuous improvement
efforts, including planning and execution within the Sherman Annual
Productivity Improvement process to achieve business cost savings
targets • Oversee resolution of quality defects, including support
and accountability for timely closure of 8D corrective actions. •
Manage development and execution of capital projects, including
scope creation, vendor selection, procurement, issue resolution,
and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. •
Represent Sherman in the VAVE and NPI processes and ensure timely
implementation of engineering actions supporting these initiatives.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance on fabrication, paint,
weld, and assembly processes, including laser cutting, punching,
stamping, bending, and robotics; support capacity and constraint
management. • Ensure development and maintenance of Standard Work
documentation to support consistent training, clear expectations,
and efficient integration of new processes. • Collaborate across
functions to advise on production feasibility, process development,
and operational readiness. Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Engineering or
related field. • Minimum 4 years of direct manufacturing
engineering experience. • Eaton will not consider applicants for

portability, etc. Preferred Qualifications: • 2D & 3D parametric
CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks and AutoCAD. • Project
management experience. • Manager of People experience • SS, CRS,
and Aluminum TIG & MIG welding experience. • Powder coat and E-Coat
paint experience; metal fabrication experience. • Experience with
Lean Manufacturing principles and/or Six Sigma. • Experience in an
ISO/QS-9000 certified environment.
