our RTX Enterprise Services team in Richardson, TX: We are seeking
a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Management Senior Technician
to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components required
to meet program and production schedules. This role is responsible
for ensuring that suppliers meet delivery commitments, mitigating
risks to on-time delivery, and supporting program and production
schedules. What You Will Do Monitor supplier performance to ensure
on-time delivery of materials, components, and services in support
of program and production requirements. Identify and address
potential delivery risks by coordinating with suppliers and
internal stakeholders to develop and implement recovery plans.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track production
schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with
procurement, quality, and program management teams to resolve
delivery issues and align priorities. Conduct root cause analysis
of delivery delays and work with suppliers to establish corrective
actions to prevent recurrence. Utilize supply chain management
tools and systems to track and report on supplier delivery
performance metrics. Support initiatives to standardize and improve
delivery assurance processes and practices. Assist in the
implementation of strategies to enhance supplier performance and
ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide clear and timely
updates to internal stakeholders on supplier delivery status,
risks, and recovery efforts. Qualifications You Must Have High
school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply
chain, delivery assurance, procurement, or related discipline OR an
AA/AS degree and 3 years relevant experience. Experience with
supply chain principles, delivery assurance practices, and supplier
performance management. Proficiency in supply chain management
systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
Qualifications We Prefer Professional certifications such as CPSM,
CPIM, or equivalent. Experience in the aerospace or defense
industry. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of government contracting and FAR/DFARS regulations. What

Work Location : This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must
reside within commuting distance from Richardson, TX. Please

regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite
will be determined in partnership with your leader. As part of our

role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
