thrive under pressure in dynamic field environments, this is your
chance to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Respond to
emergency dispatch calls and travel immediately to customer sites
for urgent robot repairs and maintenance. Diagnose and resolve
critical mechanical, electrical, and software issues on industrial

the field. Perform emergency repairs to restore system operation
and minimize customer downtime during critical operational periods.
Execute rapid troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical systems
under time-sensitive conditions. Conduct preventive and corrective
maintenance on robotic unload systems during site visits. Work
closely with the Boston-based support team to diagnose issues
remotely before arrival and coordinate repair strategies. Use clear
written and verbal communication to provide real-time status
updates to customers and internal teams during emergency responses.
Document all field repairs, issue root causes, and resolution steps
to improve future response effectiveness. Maintain emergency repair
inventory and coordinate parts shipment to customer sites as
needed. Build strong relationships with customers as their trusted
emergency response partner. Skills Hands-on experience solving
issues with complex electro-mechanical equipment in field service
or maintenance roles (Robotics experience preferred, but experience
in Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial
Equipment, etc. sectors is acceptable). Proven ability to work
independently and make quick technical decisions under pressure in
emergency situations. Comfortable with 75% travel, often on short
notice, including overnight trips and potential weekend/evening
availability. Familiarity with Linux and Windows GUI and CLI for
system diagnostics. Solid working knowledge of wiring/electronics
and ability to use diagnostic tools (Multimeters, O-Scope, etc.).
General understanding of networking (IP Addresses, DNS Servers,
etc.) for troubleshooting connectivity issues. Ability to read
engineering drawings and other engineering-produced documentation.
Experience reading debug machine output and logs to diagnose
software-related issues. Ability to follow step-by-step safety
procedures exactly, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out protocols in
unfamiliar environments. Strong communicator with both technical
and non-technical stakeholders, able to explain complex issues
clearly under time pressure. Customer-focused mindset with the
ability to remain calm and professional during high-stress
emergency situations. Physically capable of lifting and moving up
to 50 lbs. Willingness to work in hot/cold and uncomfortable
conditions (warehouses are often not climate-controlled). Valid
driver's license and clean driving record. High School diploma or
equivalent. Preferred Skills: 2 years of field service or emergency
maintenance experience. Spanish language proficiency is extremely
valuable and helps us interact with warehouse associate
stakeholders. Experience with industrial robotics, automation
systems, or warehouse equipment. Background in electrical or
mechanical troubleshooting. Prior customer-facing technical support
experience in emergency response roles. Location & Travel:
Home-based position (proximity to major airport preferred for rapid
