What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve plant operations. Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports. What Are We Looking For Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and sitting. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adequate stamina to work long hours as needed. Comfortable working at elevated heights.
