As a Senior Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanical design engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products. You will provide technical guidance and support to your team members, ensuring that they have the resources and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive successful project execution by managing timelines, budgets, and resources. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering--and you'll work out of our Richardson, Texas location. In this role, you will impact the development and delivery of high-quality products. Your ability to provide technical guidance and support to your team members will ensure that they have the resources and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This will foster a collaborative and productive work environment, enabling the team to deliver exceptional results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is--$99,200-$124,000.--Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.-- --

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics --
  • 3 to 5 years Experience working in the Semiconductor Assembly Industry
