Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a
critical role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. You will
provide strategic direction, lead a team of talented engineers, and collaborate
with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, drive
innovation, and achieve operational excellence. With your extensive experience
and senior-level leadership skills, you will contribute to the growth and
success of our organization. You will work out of our Richardson, Texas
location with international travel required (approx. 25%).In this

leadership and extensive experience in advanced manufacturing will drive

operations. By optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing cutting-edge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Provide guidance and mentorship to team members U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to
compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a
U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or
