and end-user community with the installation, configuration, and
ongoing usability of applications within established standards and
guidelinesFunction as a collaborative team member in a highly
effective Enterprise Application Support organization supporting
40+ banking applications/processesMonitor batch jobs, application
logs and monitoring tools to proactively prevent application
failuresCreate documentation to be included in knowledge base of
issues and resolutionsWork with external vendors and internal IT
departments as appropriate to research and resolve problemsWork
with internal TCB business teams to establish application
requirements and implementation expectationsParticipate in critical
major incident resolution and treat such events a top
priorityPerform software upgrades and other Technology Lifecycle
Management activities The duties listed above are the essential

standard departmental policy. Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS /
Tomcat, Active Directory, PowerShell/Python, Automation Scripting,
SAML / SSO, Certificates, Citrix, SCCM, AppDynamicsExperience with
File Transfer Protocols (FTP, FTPS, SFTP) required.Experience with
C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and SQL preferred.Experience with
Fiserv Nautilus (or Hyland OnBase), Ipswitch MOVEit is a huge
plus.Experience with troubleshooting route and connectivity issue
preferredMust demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving
critical business application issuesMust have excellent customer
service, telephone, listening and communication skillsStrong
problem solving, pattern recognition and, critical thinking skills
necessaryAptitude to automate manual processes and validations with
scripting languagesMust be able to process multiple sources of
input and troubleshoot at all layers of the OSI model to determine
root causeMust be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing
and resolving problemsBe able to track and document information
regarding troubleshooting techniquesAbility and willingness to work
overtime, participate in 24 hour on-call rotationExperience in
banking industry is a
