you! We invite you to apply for the role of Senior ASIC Mix-Signal Test Engineer! In this position you will
design component-level circuits and develop automated test system software for
analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You will work closely with Design
Engineering and Manufacturing in delivering the highest quality level of tested
products. You will be responsible for supporting new product introductions in
defining test plans, writing test programs, then releasing to production. You
will be expected to support continuous improvement at the Richardson facility
through participation in the Rapid Problem-Solving process, initiation and
implementation of Continuous Improvement & challenging themselves and
others to continuously look for ways to do things better. Key Responsibilities

• Develop characterization and production test plans, supporting ATE hardware design and release.
• Debug new silicon ASIC designs, verify against design goals, and correlate ATE to bench data.Qualification and Implementation of new tools and processes for manufacturing of custom mixed-signal ASIC & sensor die.
• Team with engineering to solve product quality concerns. Utilize Six Sigma tools with a structured problem-solving methodology to identify root cause and develop corrective actions for failure modes identified through failure analysis.
• Support continuous improvement at the Richardson facility through participation in the Rapid Problem solving process, initiation and implementation of Continuous improvement (CI) & challenging themselves and others to continuously look for ways to do things better.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of three years of ASIC/Mixed-Signal Test Engineering
  • Minimum one year of characterization test and hardware development, transfer and release to production experience
  • Minimum one year programming in C/C++.WE VALUE
    • Mixed-Signal automatic test equipment experience; Cohu/DiamondX a plus.
    • Experience with semiconductor sensors (magnetoresistive, hall effect, & pressure), digital/mixed-signal, test and digital trim of wafers on automatic test systems.
    • Above average computer test programming skills: C++ and Pascal
    • Demonstrated understanding of process variation, -statistical analysis and statistical controls. Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, publish test plan estimates and schedules.
    • Demonstrated experience developing Design and Process -FMEA documents and control plans.
    • Proactive in anticipating, identifying, and taking action on potential issues and problems.
    • Ability to lead a team and effectively coordinate the -efforts of others to achieve the desired work output.
    • Proficiency to think independently and formulate -conclusions consistent with the information available. Able to design and -implement systems and procedures that are robust and sustainable.
    • Demonstrated high level of -accountability, integrity and ethics in the performance of assigned tasks.The
