childhood education. Explorers Learning Academy is seeking a
dedicated and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early
childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about
teaching young children, maintaining high classroom standards, and
supporting a positive learning environment. Responsibilities: Plan
and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for
preschool-aged children Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging
classroom environment Support childrens social, emotional,
physical, and cognitive development Maintain compliance with Texas
Child Care Licensing and Texas Rising Star standards Conduct
classroom observations, assessments, and documentation Communicate
effectively with families regarding student progress Supervise and
collaborate with assistant teachers Maintain classroom organization
and cleanliness Qualifications: CDA, Associates, or Bachelors
degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in a preschool classroom Knowledge
of early childhood development and classroom management Familiarity
with Texas Rising Star standards preferred CPR/First Aid
certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check
