School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district in Plano, TX is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to
provide vital psychological services to support student learning
and well-being. This contract position offers the opportunity to
work within a collaborative educational environment, helping to
assess and address students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral
needs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological assessments
and evaluations of students to identify learning disabilities,
behavioral issues, and emotional challenges - Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies -
Provide counseling and support services to students - Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and
needs - Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance
with ethical and legal guidelines Qualifications and Desired
Experience: - Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or
related field - Valid state licensure or certification as a School
Psychologist - Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
and developing IEPs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and
collaborate with school staff Location: - Plano, TX (Contract
