Job Description Job Description Title: Property Services Foreman Location: Fort Worth, TX 76119 Work Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am to 4pm schedule (On call as needed) Position: Onsite PR: $25.00/HR - $28.35/HR on W2 without benefits. Job Description: Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Years’ Experience: Five (5) years Defined Experience: Experience with building systems & repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management. Preferences: Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
