Location: Irving, TX Job Overview Imagine Unlimited LLC is seeking
a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Estimator to prepare
accurate, timely, and competitive project cost estimates. In this
role, you will collaborate closely with sales, project managers,
clients, and subcontractors to support the bidding process, ensure
financial accuracy, and help deliver projects within budget. The
ideal candidate is a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail,
skilled at analyzing data and building strong industry

mediocrity. Key Responsibilities Analyze blueprints,
specifications, and project documents to calculate costs for
materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. Prepare detailed,
accurate, and competitive bids and proposals for projects. Solicit
and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to secure the most
competitive pricing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
suppliers and subcontractors. Identify potential risks and provide
cost implications to management. Collaborate with clients,
architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify project
scope and resolve discrepancies. Recommend cost-saving alternatives
and value engineering opportunities. Prepare and present financial
reports, cost summaries, and project comparisons to management and
clients. Monitor and track project budgets throughout the
lifecycle, supporting change orders and financial adjustments. Stay
informed on market conditions, material costs, labor rates,
industry trends, and new technologies. Qualifications High school
diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction
Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating for a GC.
Preferred experience in Health Care Strong analytical and
mathematical skills for cost calculations and forecasting. Solid
understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical
documents (blueprints, plans, specifications). Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software such as
Procore, Esticom, Bluebeam or ProEst highly Required. Excellent
communication skills (written and verbal) for working with clients,
contractors, and internal teams. Exceptional attention to detail
with the ability to identify cost impacts from minor changes.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple
bids and deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work
