Job Summary

This position will oversee ongoing systems integrations and improvements from a technical point of view, coordinating and collaborating with our IT partners, vendors, and teams we support on projects requiring a deep understanding of highly technical concepts, while ensuring cross-system data integrity for accurate reporting.
This is a hybrid position, working onsite 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position, working onsite 2-3 days per week.

The role will act as the SME for cross-departmental efforts aimed at gaining efficiencies in existing systems, including migrating data and multiple operational functionalities to Wrike from existing platforms. It will also provide support for vendor assessment, onboarding and implementation needs as required.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years' experience in writing, or marketing communications activities
4 years' experience in communications
Experience with print, photo video production, and graphic design
Experience with Desktop Publishing
Knowledge of HCSC products
Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication and editing skills.
PC proficiency to include Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Job Qualifications:

This is a hybrid position, working onsite 2-3 days per week.
Strong experience in with marketing technologies
Experience with project management, creative operations, traffic, system integrations and data migration/management
Project Management Certification
Solid understanding of Wrike
Working familiarity with ProofHQ, Ziflow, or other online approval system
Experience with digital asset and project management systems
Background in analytics or process improvement
Additional years of agency or corporate marketing experience, with emphasis on marketing technologies
