We are proud to have instilled a shared sense of responsibility and commitment among our approximately 10,000 employees located throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Marketing Research Analyst III, you will be responsible for managing end to end technical design, development, production, enhancements and support of Analytics reporting. You will partner with the Analytics Leader to create a roadmap for data acquisition, data visualization and data optimization. You will develop appropriate governance, best practices and visualization techniques that will guide the development team in the creation of dashboards that drive business value. These dashboards will be used by the business to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations that will influence the company's strategic initiatives.The ideal candidate must have expertise in implementing and developing data analytics solutions, with a strong background in project management, data warehouse, data mining and visualization design and development. This candidate must work effectively with internal and external partners while completing high-quality analytics deliverables. You must have expertise in using Agile/Scrum methodologies.The Marketing Research Analyst III is part of the Marketing Analytics department who will be working cross-functional across Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, BI, IT and various agency and external partners.Core Responsibilities:Project Management (30%)

  • Manage and own planning sessions with the teams to develop business requirements and prioritize projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement analytics requirements and streamline project
  • Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project
  • Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities, and future roadmaps
  • Assist with design, development and implementation of data processing pipelines, data mining, data science, and data visualization initiatives
  • Ensure that the methodology, standards, and procedures are adopted and implemented.
  • Ensure that the technical solutions meet the customers' business goals and that customer satisfaction with the project and conclusion is high.
  • Act as a Point of contact for technical issues, creating documentation, monitoring service levels.
  • Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers. Data Visualization and Reporting (30%)
    • Manage a robust pipeline of visualization projects and lead technical support for new and existing data visualization
    • Automate manual recurring reports and maintain existing dashboards
    • Provide direction on integrating disparate sources of data, ultimately setting the blueprint to migrate to a big data environment Data Integration (20%)
      • Partner with Marketing Analytics Leader in developing a roadmap for data acquisition projects
      • Partner with BI and IT to implement data acquisition projects and create the business requirements
      • Collaborate with vendor partners to engage on data acquisition projectsGovernance, Training and Development (20%)
        • Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies, data visualization, data interpretation and data integrity
        • Monitor use and monthly engagement of dashboards to ensure adoption of toolsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or any other quantitative field and minimum of 5 years of applied data analytics business/non-academic experience, or equivalent; MBA a plus
          • Expert user of data visualization like Qlik Sense (Preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI
          • Expert in SQL to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch
          • 2-3 years of experience in data extraction from Google Big Query
          • Knowledge of programming languages and stats packages (e.g. SAS, Python, R); comfortable running multiple regression analyses
          • Proficiency working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze data
          • Proven track record of developing and applying modeling to business problems. Deep knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers.
          • Ability to apply more advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
