Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Equity Research and
Resource Centers (AVPERRC) in the Office of Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion (ODEI), the Administrative Project Coordinator (APC) will
be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support
to the AVPERRC including managing the AVPERRC's schedule,
coordinating travel, assisting with grant-related work, and other
special projects. They will work collaboratively with ERRC and
other ODEI team members to support the planning, development, and
implementation of initiatives toward cultivating and strengthening
a culture of equity and inclusion on the campus.
We are seeking candidates who can lead and work collaboratively in
teams comprised of individuals of diverse backgrounds, skills, and
perspectives.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and three years of
administrative experience, experience related to the project area
or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience working in large, collaborative, and complex
office environments; experience working with colleagues and
customers from diverse populations. Experience with research grants
and/or projects. Excellent communication skills and project
management experience.
