Who is National Partners in Healthcare and what do they do?National Partners in Healthcare (NPH) is a leader in anesthesiology management services focused on long-term sustainable solutions for anesthesiology practices. We partner with hospitals, ASC's and medical practices to improve cost efficiencies, patient satisfaction and outcomes. We assist practices with operational issues, financial management, human resources and personnel management, staff education and training, coding, billing and collection services, facilities management, regulatory compliance oversight and management, managed care agreement management and credentialing/contract management. Currently we have over 100 employees operating in Arizona and Texas. We were founded in June 2018 and are based in Richardson, Texas. Our goal is to enable providers to invest more time in clinical outcomes and relationships with patients, facilities and surgeons and less time managing the day-to-day administration of their practices.POSITION SUMMARY: Answers and assist all callers/visitors to NPH and assist with other special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Receives incoming calls and routes calls to the appropriate parties - Screen calls for urgency, using discernment, set priorities, take accurate messages and forward them to the appropriate individual - Develop a good understanding of the company and its different departments, as well as the responsibilities of those working in those departments - Warmly greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and physicians Ensures completion of paperwork, ie., sign-in, security procedures, and validation of parking - Manages and distributes faxes to appropriate employees - Responsible for incoming Federal Express, Office Depot etc. packages (requires logging each package in and having employees sign for them) - Monitor and assist in the scheduling of multiple conference rooms - Date stamp all incoming charge tickets - Enter online building maintenance orders, lights, repairs, pest control etc. - Manage the keycard access process which includes completing and submitting forms, tracking keycards on a spreadsheet and managing terminations, new hires, replacement cards etc. - Assist with ordering lunches and lunch deliveries - Assist with ordering business cards or toner for printers - Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from departments and executive assistants - Cross train with Facilities Assistant to learn mailroom functions - Coordinate and provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services - Produce documents in good format and style utilizing various software programs including: Microsoft Access, PowerPoint , Word and Excel - Maintain positive interaction with vendors, clients and employees - Draft letters, memos, correspondence and reports with minimal direction - Order/maintain office supplies - Adhere to all company policies and procedures''Work Location:
