Deliver fast-turnaround insights for initiatives, ad hoc requests,
and urgent “fire drills,” while maintaining quality and
transparency around assumptions and limitations. Own ambiguous,
non-routine requests where requirements may be incomplete and the
solution path is not obvious. Produce strong first-pass
deliverables quickly (the “80% rule”) and iterate rapidly based on
feedback and new information. Conduct deep-dive research into

shift; manage time effectively to maintain throughput in a
fast-paced environment. Operate within a shared analyst pool by
supporting teammates when demand spikes and helping maintain
consistent service levels across requests. Identify and drive
improvements by enhancing, automating, simplifying, and
strengthening processes and outputs; challenge the status quo
constructively. Analytical rigor and attention to detail: validates
findings, documents sources, and clearly communicates implications.
Team-first mindset: accountable individually while committed to
shared outcomes and supporting others when needed. Continuous
improvement orientation: consistently looks for incremental ways to
add value beyond maintaining the status quo. Required
qualifications, capabilities, and skills: End-to-end researcher:
investigates problems methodically rather than relying on
surface-level signals. Independent, proactive self-starter: tests
hypotheses and advances work without needing a fully defined path.
Creative problem-solver: applies practical thinking and knows when
the simplest explanation is most likely correct. Strong judgment
and systems thinking: anticipates downstream impacts; communicates
risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early. Adaptable and resilient:
adjusts quickly to changes in priorities, data, and tools.
Experience in a Finance/Accounting environment. Intermediate SQL
query-writing capability. Moderate to advanced Alteryx experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more BI/data concepts such as ETL,

skills. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 7 years
of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics
roles. Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP
or equivalent lookup functions). Proven ability to deliver timely,
high-quality analysis from diverse and complex data sources; strong
attention to detail required. Demonstrated ability to work
independently with minimal supervision.
