We are seeking a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager who is experienced, ambitious, and ready to take their career to the next level. In this role, you will be a critical member of our team, managing commercial line accounts and contributing to our company's success. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their commercial insurance needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client insurance requirements are met. 2. Developing, expanding, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 3. Reviewing and analyzing clients' current insurance policies and recommending changes as necessary. 4. Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and requests. 5. Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and objectives. 6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the best service to clients. 7. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products. 8. Assisting with claims processing and resolution. 9. Participating in ongoing professional development and training activities. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management. 2. Generalist client industry experience. 3. A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services. 4. Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. 8. Proficiency in using insurance software and digital tools. 9. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. 10. Relevant insurance certifications or licenses are preferred.
