Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will contribute to the success of HSS and help drive its growth and profitability. You will report to the HSS FPA leader and be on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of HSS by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, identifying trends, and recommending actions to optimize financial results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making. The Intelligent Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG) at Honeywell focuses on developing and delivering innovative automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. The IA SBG leverages advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to optimize processes, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency for our customers. • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts for the IA SBG
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles--WE VALUE
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      • Experience in the technology industry or related field
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
      • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
