We are a CPA firm in Richardson seeking a bookkeeper who would be responsible for helping small businesses with their monthly accounting and reporting. We offer a family-friendly work environment with flexible hours and competitive wages based on experience.Job Description:Reconciling bank statements and credit card statementsPayroll processing and payroll reportingUnderstanding the chart of accounts and making journal entries1099 processingSales Tax ReportingCommunicating with various state and federal agenciesWorking with the clients to obtain the information necessary to prepare a clean set of booksDesired Skills:Be detail-orientedHave great organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.Experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word.Some experience with tax documents and preparing tax returns.Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.About Talreja & Company PC:Talreja & Company PC is an accounting and tax advisory CPA firm that serves business owners, lower middle market companies, private equity professionals and families.
