DOINGUnder general supervision provides internal and external
financial reporting to key stakeholders and partners with the
overall business to drive planning and expense analysisDirect
business partnership with managers, directors, VPs and external
customers on regular/ad-hoc basisLearns and maintains Excel
financial models while finding ways to innovate and reduce time to
complete key responsibilitiesSupports the month-end financial close
process by analyzing data, providing variance explanations, and
preparation of accounting journal entries relevant to focus
areaProvides financial analysis and support for the organization's
annual budgetSupports the preparation of forecasts, as well as the
consolidation and presentation of financial reportsDevelops and
maintains effective cross-functional relationships to drive
controls and process improvementsServes as subject matter expert in
ownership areas and serves as liaison between Lennox's interests
and external partiesMaintains various systems / databases used for
budget and analysis, allocations, and forecastsAssists in other
ad-hoc research projects and analyses of operational resultsWHAT

this position is approximately $60k - $85k and will be based on the
candidate's qualification, experience, and
education.Qualifications:WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Requires a
bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or
related field1-3 years related experience or combination
education/experience, preferredHighly proficient in Microsoft
Excel, with tangential and foundational knowledge of other
Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of enterprise systems (e.g.,
SAP, Hyperion)Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal
