Job Summary

This position is responsible for compliance support for an assigned area for internal audits, external audits, compliance training, and analysis of data and quality systems improvement and maintenance, complete state compliance reports, complete filings, Network Policy & Procedures and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and standards through the continuous review of the systems.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 3 years health insurance compliance, auditing, or regulatory experience OR 7 years of experience in
health insurance compliance, auditing or regulatory experience.
*Knowledge of health care federal and state regulations.
*Verbal and written communication skills.
*Experience managing complex operations and processes and solving complex problems.
*Experience working across business areas to deliver results.
*PC proficiency to include one or more of the following: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

*NCQA reporting experience

*Training experience.

*Strong analytical skills

*Proficient in Excel

*Strong content writing skills

*Experience recommending processes improvements and/or Project Management
*Experience completing compliance reports or CMS and State filings submissions

*Ability to work independently and efficiently on assigned task
