Make an ImpactThe Fossil Financial Planning and Analysis (FP) department is currently searching for a Senior Analyst to join our corporate team based in Dallas, TX. The corporate FP team supports the global forecasting process, consolidated reporting, and corporate expense forecasting. The FP Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Senior Manager of corporate finance. Responsibilities include:Partner with expense owners to prepare the corporate budget/forecastProvide corporate business owners with reporting/analysis to drive accountability and actioFinancial statement analysis (P, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanationsCreate timely, accurate, and standardize global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across regions, brands, and channels.Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysisWho We AreFossil is on a mission to create great watches, jewelry, handbags, small leather goods and wearables by investing in technology and long-term value creation.
